Natalie Kradolfer

Natalie Kradolfer is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Amplify Music Education, an Australian EdTech startup revolutionising primary school music education. Driven by a passion for music and a commitment to educational equity, she developed a platform that equips generalist teachers with ready-made, video-led lessons, making music accessible to students nationwide. Since its inception in 2020, Amplify has reached over 200,000 students and expanded into dance and drama, with plans to further diversify its offerings. Under Natalie’s leadership, Amplify secured seed investors and earned a spot on the AFR Fast Starters list in 2024 and 2025.
