THE BROWNS are a Sydney-based Hip Hop collective representing the Indian diaspora in Australia. Formed from a viral cypher produced by eighty.vd that drew 100,000+ views and international coverage, including HomeGrown India, the crew brings together four artists of Indian origin: L-FRESH The LION, aywy, ZZZ, and MAANIA. Spanning North and South India, Sikh, Muslim and Hindu faith, and a generational gap of fifteen years, THE BROWNS are as diverse as the diaspora they represent.
