The Industry Guest agrees to:

Announce attendance at BIGSOUND through personal and/or company LinkedIn and Instagram grid posts, using artwork provided.
Be in Brisbane from 31 – 4 September 2026.
Attend the BIGSOUND showcase program from 1-3 September 2026.
Participate in up to five (5) one-on-one BIGSOUND Speed Meetings (facilitated by QMusic or a QMusic partner) if required.
Take part in BIGSOUND roundtable meetings if required.
Attend networking events and mixers arranged by QMusic / BIGSOUND if requested.
Respond to post-event surveying immediately after the event.
As mutually agreed with the BIGSOUND Program team, be available for one or more conference or workshop sessions if required. These sessions may be recorded for archival and promotional purposes.
