Megan Hopkins is the Content Director of Countrytown, Australia’s leading country music platform, and a driving force behind the genre’s rapid rise nationwide. A passionate champion of country music, she began her journey with an independent blog during the COVID-19 pandemic, quickly establishing herself as a voice in the scene.
Her work caught the attention of the CMAA, leading to her appointment as a judge for the 50th Golden Guitar Awards. She later became the Digital Content Manager at KIX Country, Australia’s #1 country radio network, where she played a key role in promoting both local and international talent.
In 2023, Megan was selected for the prestigious Rob Potts International Exchange Program, gaining hands-on experience with the Country Music Association’s International Relations & Development team during CMA Fest in Nashville. Her impact was so significant, she was invited back in 2024 to help run the international program once again.
