Formerly General Manager for Warner Music Frontline Marketing, Mardi carries a weight of global and domestic experience, having earned a reputation as a skilled marketer and digital strategist, most recently on campaigns for Ed Sheeran, Twenty One Pilots, Dune Rats, Illy, Kita Alexander and E^ST. In 2018 she launched The Annex which is a marketing services division working with talent, management and labels to tailor and deliver marketing strategies. Already on board with The Annex are JOY., Didirri, Passenger, EtcEtcEtc, Kota Banks, UNIFIED, BMG, Ultra and Sheppard. Caught’s International marketing experience included roles in the UK as International Marketing and Promotions Manager for EMI, Vice President of Talent and Music at MTV UK and General Manager of Columbia Music Sony UK. She returned to Australia in 2009 to take up the GM role of Day One Entertainment at Sony Music Australia, before heading to Warner Music to head the frontline marketing division.
